1. Information regarding the right to withdraw from the contract

1.1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier of the goods has received the last goods.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us in an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract or - if you wish to return the goods before the expiry of the withdrawal period - of your decision to return the goods.

If you decide to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, you may use the model withdrawal statement, but this is not obligatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

1.2 Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract or from the date on which we received the returned goods from you. We will make such refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any costs as a result of such refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. This deadline will be met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. We will bear the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from transport beyond what is necessary to determine the type, parameters and functioning of the goods.

1.3 Exclusion of the right to withdraw from the contract

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of non-prefabricated goods and those manufactured according to your individual requirements or specifications or manufactured strictly in accordance with the customer's personal requirements.
